Muffins is a darling Maltese mix who's about 10 months to a year only weighs only 8 pounds.  Poor Muffins came into the shelter as a stray with 3/4 of her ear that had to be removed due to a rubber band being left on for who knows how long and the tissued died. 

Muffins has recovered from injury physically but emotionally she's still nervous and shy.  She loves to be held though and I'm sure that in the next few weeks she'll blossom into the fun-loving pup she is.  She gets along well with other dogs.
