I'd love to be your buddy!

Quigley is an adorable little toy poodle/bichon mix who's about 6 years old and weighs 9 pounds.  This poor rag-a-muffin came into Lancaster shelter as a stray.  Look at that before pic!  Despite the obvious neglect, you can't find a friendlier, fun-loving dog.  Quigley is super affectionate and gets along with other dogs.  He's great on a leash and loves to romp and play.  This amazing little man exudes joy.
