I'd love to be your buddy!

Cooper is a handsome Shih Tzu who's about 2 years old and weighs 13 pounds.  Poor Cooper was confiscated by the police from his owner who was arrested.  He's very sweet and affectionate and is a gentle guy who's affectionate but has a nice independent personality (as many shih tzus do) so no separation anxiety issues.  Cooper is a little tentative with men but will warm up if given a few treats and a little time.  He gets along great with other dogs and is good with kids.  He's social with strangers and good on a leash.  Cooper is a well-behaved little dog who will make a great companion.
