Charlie is a darling Teri-Poo who's about 4 years old and weighs about 15 pounds.  This sweet, docile guy was turned into the shelter along with three of his siblings!  Charlie has been fostered by a wonderful couple who have nurtured him and loved him as their own.  He's housebroken and walks great on a leash and is super friendly with everyone he meets. Charlie loves to cuddle and sleeps in bed with his foster parents.  He's a gentle and loving soul who bonds deeply and is very connected.  Because of a bad past experience he and the rest of his family that were turned in had, Charlie cannot be crated.  Charlie LOVES other dogs, and our target home for him is a family with another playful dog and a daily routine where he would not be left alone for long periods of time.
