I'd love to be your buddy!

Sheila is a gentle and sweet maltipoo who's about 5 years old and weighs approximately 8 pounds.  She was a stray that came in to the shelter in rough condition and had obviously been fending for herself for a while.  Poor Sheila was super scared when we first got her although she never tried to bite.  After being in a foster home for a couple of weeks she has gained self-confidence and loves cuddling up to her foster peeps at bed time and enjoys sitting on the couch next to them for TV night.  Sheila gets along well with other dogs and is pals with the other two dogs in the house.  She's getting used to being on a leash but being outside on the sidewalk puts her on edge and in a constant vigilant state.  She would be best with a home with a yard and a quiet household.  Sheila continues to blossom every day and with a little patience and love she'll be a wonderful loving companion.
