Linus is a sweet Bichon/Poodle mix who's about 3-4 years old and weighs 22 pounds.  He's a solid guy who's sturdy and doesn't look his weight.  He came into the shelter as a matted mess (as you can see by the before pic) and had to be shaved down.  The tear staining is a result of the mats around the eyes and will eventually grow out.  He'll have a full beautiful coat in no time.  Linus is super affectionate and friendly and loves everyone he meets.  He's a confident dog who's good on a leash and loves to go for walks.  He's great with other dogs and kids and is gentle.
