I'd love to be your buddy!

Hunter is a sweet, docile 1 1/2 year old Wheaton Mix who's about 1 1/2 years old and weighs 34 pounds.  This handsome guy was dumped along with his partner at the shelter by his owners with no reason given and through no fault of his own.   Hunter's partner was adopted and he was left alone anxiously awaiting his fate.  Not surprisingly Hunter was heartbroken and quite depressed when we got him out.  However after a couple of days of lots of love and reassurance, he started showing his sweet, happy, affectionate demeanor.  Hunter is still a little nervous but with how quickly he's progressing we're sure he'll blossom into the playful, cheerful dog we can tell he is.  He gets along great with other dogs and would be wonderful with kids.  His sweet, gentle mannerisms will melt your heart.
