I'd love to be your buddy!

Mindy is a beautiful Havanese/Maltese mix who's about 5 years old and weighs 16 pounds.  Mindy, along with 4 others, was taken in from a backyard breeder in Palmdale and all were in deplorable condition.  These poor dogs were never socialized.  Mindy is a sweet girl who seeks out attention and becomes more affectionate the more love she is given.  Her personality at this point is hard to determine given her neglect and lack of socialization.  It will take love, nurturing and socialization to help her true personality blossom, but she is already wagging her tail and comes up to seek attention.  Surprisingly, Mindy knows how to walk on a leash.  She was probably never groomed in her life judging by the severity of the matting.  She'll be beautiful when her hair grows back in.  If you are interested, please fill out the adoption application on bichonsandbuddies.com.  The joy and fulfillment you'll receive from watching her blossom will be worth the effort.
