Ethel is a sweet little pure-bred shih tzu girl who's about 11 years old and weighs 12 pounds.  She is blind but that does not slow her down. Her sonar senses work so well you would not even realize that she is visually challenged. Ethel gets along with other dogs but will be fine as an only dog. She loves to be near her person and will wait patiently for you to return if you leave her at home. Ethel is one of the easiest foster dogs that we have ever had. Very happy and energetic yet content to just lay by your side. She has her silly moments when she rolls around making sweet vocal sounds. This special girl will be sure to win your heart.
