I'd love to be your buddy!

Gigi is a loving malti-poo who's about 6 years old and weighs 18 pounds.  This poor girl is one of the many dogs that have been dumped in the shelter by irresponsible owners.  Although it is clear by the condition of her coat that she was not properly cared for, Gigi is sweet and affectionate and great with other dogs.  She loves her walks and is good on a leash as well as in the car - she's up for any adventure.  She's social with strangers and is overall well-behaved.  Our suspicion is that she was an outside dog, so although she's getting the hang of proper potty habits, she will need a little guidance.  She's eager to please and very responsive so training will be easy.  Gigi has had a dental and full blood work and is in great shape.  I'm posting up the before grooming pics to give you an idea of what she'll look like with hair.  Unfortunately our regular groomer was out and someone else "groomed" her which consisted of shaving her naked.  When I saw her I almost fainted.  So did Gigi when she looked in the mirror!  PLEASE - do not judge her by what she looks like now as her hair will grow quickly and she'll be beautiful once again.  If you're interested please fill out the adoption application on my website bichonsandbuddies.com
