Benji is a darling little mix of most likely and Irish terrier and possibly Yorkie.  He's only 2 years old and weighs about 16 pounds.  Poor Benji was dumped by his owners in a shelter in Palmdale.  It certainly had nothing to do with Benji as he's a sweet affectionate guy who is curious and fun.  He gets along well with other dogs and is good on a leash.  Benji will bark at strangers going by but that's communication for "Come say Hi to me!"  He is not aggressive in any way and it's simply how exuberant terriers express themselves.  Benji is good in the car and enjoys new adventures.  He's good with kids and will make a great companion.
