I'd love to be your buddy!

Harper is a handsome Cockapoo who's about 3 years old and weighs 26 pounds.  He was dumped at the shelter by an owner who was most likely using him for breeding. As you can see by the before picture, this poor guy was in deplorable condition and super skinny.  Although Harper was very skittish the first day, he has quickly warmed up and seeks out pets and loves sitting next to you getting cuddles and kisses.  He also loves other dogs and it is a MUST for him to go to a home with another dog who will help him adjust more quickly.   Harper is very gentle and doesn't have a mean bone in his body.  He was very patient and well-behaved getting groomed and at the vet's office.  Harper never has walked on a leash so he will need someone with patience to teach him, but once he gains some more confidence he'll get the hang of it.
