I'd love to be your buddy!

Maisey is a gorgeous pure-bred Shih Tzu who is about 5 years old and about 13 pounds.  This sweet girl was adopted from the shelter by a woman in June of 2023 and was no longer able to keep her.  Maisey has a stellar personality - one of the best I've seen in any breed of dog I've had in a long time.  She bonds deeply but is not a velcro dog - although she does love to be in whatever room you're in.  She's got a funny personality and loves to play fetch.  She's great with kids and would make a great family dog.  She does jump up excitedly to welcome everyone she meets, so toddlers might find that intimidating.  She is great on a leash and good about going potty outside and is also potty pad trained.  Maisey is good in the car and social with everyone she meets and wins them over with her funny gleeful snorts.  She gets along with other dogs but would prefer to be your queen.  She is a very special girl and someone is going to be very lucky.  If interested, please fill out the adoption application on our website bichonsandbuddies.com
