Tallulah is a sweet little bichon/shih tzu mix who’s about 4 years old and weighs 9 pounds. Tallulah is affectionate and calm and walks well on a leash. She gets along with other dogs and is a little shy right now but that’s understandable considering what she’s been through. Poor little girl looked like she had never been groomed in her life! She was so happy and revitalized once she got rid of the dreadlocks!
