I'd love to be your buddy!

Shasta is a stunning Havanese mix who’s about 1-2 years old and was a stray along with his brother who ended up at the Devore shelter – one of the most notorious high kill shelters in Southern CA.  His brother was on the chopping block with only hours to go before we saved him and of course we couldn’t leave his look-alike.  Shasta is a calm, super affectionate little boy who is quiet and loves to cuddle.   He’s very responsive and well-behaved and perfect on a leash.  Shasta gets along great with other dogs and is excellent with kids – very patient and gentle.  He was shaved down at the shelter (as was his brother) but you can get an idea of how stunning he’ll be when his coat grows out by looking at the gray shading in his ears.  His naked little body also reveals the gray polk-a-dots which will result on a multi-colored coa
