I'd love to be your buddy!

Shandon is an adorable bichon/poodle mix who’s about 1-2 years old and weighs about 8 pounds.  This super cute, sweet, affectionate little guy was on his last hours at Devore shelter when we pulled him to safety.  Hard to believe such a well-behaved, loving, perfect little guy like this would have have his life prematurely ended due to lack of space!  Shandon is incredibly cuddly and affectionate and even hugs with his little paws when you’re holding him.  He loves everyone and is great with kids.  This little guy was impounded along with his brother who looks almost identical to him – Shasta.  They don’t seem to have any particular bond (no more so than they do with all their bunk mates) so they are fine being adopted separately.  They were super matted and the shelter actually shaved them down but of course the hair will grow back beautifully.  This little guy is a happy, playful fellow with no issues and is very responsive – he’ll make a wonderful companion for any lucky person.
