I'd love to be your buddy!

Scotty is an energetic poodle/lhasa mix who is about 3 years old and weighs about 14 pounds.  He is from the Bakersfield shelter and was brought in as a stray.  This resilient little guy is just as affectionate and trusting as if he had been pampered his whole life.  Scotty gets along fine with other dogs he meets but would prefer to be the only male dog in the household (yes, he is friendly with the females!).  He is very loving and affectionate with everyone he meets and is great with kids. Scotty would love a home with a yard to romp around in but one thing important to know is he is an acrobat!  He can climb fences so it is important the yard be secure.  Scotty will be the perfect dog for the active family or couple.
