Sweet little Elsie is a stray that ended up at Carson shelter.  She's about 2 years old and only 9 pounds right now.  This poor girl is too thin for them to even spay so we're going to pack on a few pounds before that's taken care of.  Elsie is a little timid right now (first day out of the shelter!) but she soaks up the attention and love.  Being held seems like a new experience for her.  She gets along well with other dogs and I have no doubt her personality is going to blossom as soon as she gets some  love and affection.  S
