I'd love to be your buddy!

It isn't often you find a Standard Poodle in a shelter but that just where we found Sir Theo - standing behind bars wondering why his owner dumped him there to die.  He is regal, calm and incredibly intellegent - true to his breed characteristics.  Sir Theo is completely trained, heels beautifully and is social with strangers and good with kids.  He gets along well with other dogs, big and small and is a very passive easy-going guy.  Theo loves to lay his head on your lap and get big bear hugs.  He's super affectionate and soulful and perfectly well-behaved - not a barker and no separation anxiety.  Don't be fooled.  Just because he's a big guy doesn't mean he wouldn't do well in an apartment.  Theo is low key and while he enjoys his walks, he's not super energetic.  This guy is spectacular and special. If I didn't have a full house I'd be keeping him myself!
