I'd love to be your buddy!

Carter is a charming Bichon/Cockapoo mix who's about 2 years old and weighs about 13 pounds.  This sweet, good-natured guy was adopted from a shelter by a woman in June as a second dog, but when she realized after five months that two dogs were too much for her, poor Carter was the one that ended up being given away free on Craig's List!  Thank goodness someone alerted us to the ad which potentially could have resulted in Carter being sold to a lab or used as a bait dog.  Carter has a stellar personality and is just the right blend of easy-going and playful.  He's very well-adjusted and confident and friendly with everyone he meets.  Carter has wonderful manners and doesn't jump up when greeting someone, walks well on a leash and is not a barker.  Carter gets along well with other dogs and is great with kids.  We promised him the next home will be his forever home.
