I'd love to be your buddy!

Mitzi is a darling little teri-poo mix who's about 2 years old and weighs approximately 10 pounds.  She was brought in to a high kill shelter by someone who found her on the streets. She had suffered some type of leg injury and was on lame on her front leg.  This would have been a death sentence had it not been for the fact one of the shelter workers reached out to us to save her.  Although Mitzi has a broken leg, it's expected to heal perfectly in the splint after about 6 weeks.  This adorable little angel is happy as can be and could care less that she has a splint on that's about half as big as she is.  She's super affectionate and playful and gets along great with other dogs and is wonderful with kids.  Mitzi has a great temperament and is very smart.  She loves to cuddle and will make the perfect devoted companion.
