I'd love to be your buddy!

Cecil is a Bichon/poodle mix who's about 2 years old and weighs about 10 pounds.  Cecil was very withdrawn and scared when we got him out of a San Bernardino shelter.  He was brought in to the shelter as a stray and it was obvious by his condition he had been on the road a while.  It took a couple of weeks but Cecil has begun to come out of his shell and seek out attention.  He's a sweet, gentle soul that just needs some TLC and calm environment to continue to build his confidence.  Cecil is great with other dogs and has learned from them that it's safe to receive and give affection.  It would be beneficial for him to have another dog in the home.  Helping Cecil continue to blossom with be one of the most rewarding things you'll ever experience.
