Zippy is a cute little Bichon/Poodle mix who's about 1 year old and weighs approximately 9 pounds.  His name says it all - this little guy is super playful and energetic.  He loves his job as the town greeter and is more than happy to call everyone he meet his best friend.  And if you ever wanted a bilingual dog, look no further.  Zippy is from the rough streets of Mexico where an angel of the rescue community takes them off the street and coordinates with groups in the US to find them a new life.  And Zippy sure is ready for a new life.  He doesn't appear to be the least bit phased by his rough past. He gets along great with other dogs and kids and will be great for the active family.
