Shaggy is a handsome Shih Tzu boy who's about 3 years old and approximately 14 pounds.  This little guy was owned by a breeder who quickly amassed too many dogs.  Fortunately for Shaggy a neighbor talked her into giving one of the many to a rescue group.  Shaggy is surprisingly well-adjusted and well socialized.   He's extremely gregarious and upbeat and enjoys brisk walks.   He greets everyone he meets with a happy smile and wagging tail.  He's good with other dogs and kids and is very responsive and smart.  Shaggy is hoping for a home for the holidays.
