I'd love to be your buddy!

Betsy is a beautiful little Cocker Spaniel/King Charles Cavelier mix who's about 1 year old and weighs 10 pounds.  She's a little timid right now and still adjusting from her traumatic stay at a high kill shelter, but she soaks up love and attention and just wants to cuddle.  I'm sure her personality is going to blossom as she gets comfortable.  She's a passive dog who gets along with her other four legged friends and is shy with strangers but friendly.  It's unclear whether she had just never been on a leash before or whether she was too scared to do much walking on one, but either way she'll overcome that quickly.  Betsy is a gentle, quiet girl who is good with kids.  She'll blossom in a home full of love and nurturing.
