I'd love to be your buddy!

Ariel is a beautiful little Bichon/Poodle mix who's about 2 years old and weighs about 10 pounds.  This poor princess was locked behind bars on a concrete floor in a cell that had a bunch of other frantic dogs.  Ariel couldn't cope and became extremely fearful and huddled in a corner.  She was designated as "rescue only" which means she was not suited to be adopted out to the general public.  Needless to say this is pretty much a death sentence and indeed she only had until the end of Mother's Day to live.  We couldn't think of a better way to spend Mother's Day than saving this precious girl.  The minute we got her out of there her tension eased and she welcomed pets and was comfortable being picked up and carried around.  Within a couple of hours she was cuddling.   Ariel bonds very quickly and loves to snuggle on your lap.  She'll be the perfect traveling companion as she's quiet as a mouse.  Ariel loves other calm small dogs and would be best with someone who could be with her a lot.
