Ruppert is a unique mix of Brussels Griffon and Shih Tzu as best as we can tell.  He's about 3 years old and weighs 15 pounds.  Poor Ruppert is 4th of July victim - found running around scared and traumatized by a Good Samaritan who didn't want to take him to the shelter.  Ruppert is a wonderful dog - super easy going, quiet and well-behaved.  He loves to just keep you company and is affectionate without being overly needy.  He gets along well with outher dogs and kids.  Ruppert loves his walks and is great on a leash.  He'll be a great addition to any home and will fit right in seamlessly.
