Harvey is a snuggly Bichon/Poodle mix who's about 5 year old and weighs approximately 15 pounds.  He was a stray that was found weaving in and out of traffic on Pico Blvd.  He is an absolute sweetheart and his favorite past time is snuggling and getting belly rubs.  He's outgoing, house trained, and gets along well with other dogs and kids.  Harvey loves to go for long walks and has a lot of energy!   This affectionate guy would love to be around someone as much as possible. And in return he'll shower you with devotion.
