Andy is an adorable Lhasa/Poo who's about 2 years old and weighs approximately 18 pounds.  Poor guy was incredibly matted when he came into the Lancaster shelter so he had to be shaved down, but his beautiful coat will grow back in no time.  Andy has a mellow, loving temperament and is very affectionate.  He's a quiet guy who's well-behaved.  He gets along great with other dogs and kids and is friendly with everyone he meets.  Andy is a little shy right now but with every day he's becoming more gregarious now that he knows he's safe.  Andy is looking forward to a new chapter in his young life.
