Scarlett is a beautiful little Bichon/poodle mix who's only about 2 years old and weighs approximately 14 pounds.  Scarlett was rescued from Lancaster shelter the day after she had 4 puppies.  Now her mom duties are done and she's ready for some TLC of her own.  She's a super sweet docile little girl who's extremely affectionate and loves to give doggie kisses.   She's great on a leash and loves going for long walks. Scarlett gets along great with other dogs and even is good with cats!  This special little girl deserve a special home.
