I'd love to be your buddy!

Cindy is a stunning Havanese mix who's about 1 year old and weighs 13 pounds.  She was an owner surrender to the Lancaster Shelter because they had "too many dogs."  She has a gentle demeanor and started off a little reserved in the begining but has started to blossom into a playful little girl and gets along well with all the other dogs.  She's not a barker and is good on a leash and in the car.  Cindy is just getting used to being held and is still a little squirmy (She probably wasn't handled a lot in her early life) but she does love to cuddle up next to you.  She probably was never groomed since the matting on her body was to the bone, but her beautiful coat will grow back in no time.
